Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Alpha Signal Pro (the "Platform"), operated from Maharashtra, India, India. By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, downloading or installing the Expert Advisor (EA), or submitting any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately and contact us to close your account.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of India. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. License grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active subscription, Alpha Signal Pro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access the Platform's web interface and APIs for the duration of your subscription;
- Install the Alpha Signal Pro Expert Advisor on MetaTrader 5 terminals bound to your license key, up to the maximum account limit defined by your plan;
- Receive AI-generated decision intelligence, risk scores, and learning feedback for your own personal trading and educational use.
This license is not a sale. Alpha Signal Pro retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, the EA, the AI models, the indicators, and all proprietary logic.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key beyond the maximum account limit defined by your plan;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract proprietary algorithms, indicators, scoring rules, AI prompts, or strategy logic from the Platform, the EA, or any API response;
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or market manipulation;
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise bulk-download data from the Platform;
- Use the Platform to provide a competing service, or to train a competing AI model;
- Submit malicious, fraudulent, or abusive content through any form, API, or support channel;
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quota limits, or access controls.
4. Payments & billing
Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI. Access is activated only after admin verification of your payment. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. Plan prices, features, and quotas may change at any time; existing subscriptions continue at the originally purchased price until expiry.
5. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, abuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time per our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund unless required by law.
6. Intellectual property
All Platform content, AI models, indicators, scoring rules, the EA source code, the website design, documentation, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Alpha Signal Pro. You receive no rights to any of the foregoing except the limited license granted in Section 2. AI-generated signal output that you receive is licensed to you for your personal use; you may not redistribute it.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be profitable. See our Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Signal Pro, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading capital, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Signal Pro, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of applicable law.
10. No investment advice
The Platform provides analytical intelligence only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. See our Disclaimer.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform. The arbitration seat, if invoked, shall be Pune under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
