We're building the most trusted AI trading intelligence layer for retail and professional traders across global Forex and Indian capital markets. To do that well, we need a small, senior team of engineers, quants, designers, and product thinkers who are passionate about decision intelligence, defensive engineering, and customer obsession.

We are small, senior, and ship fast — every person here moves the needle. There is no room to hide, no room for politics, and no ceiling on what a great engineer can build.

How we work

• Remote-first, India-based — we hire primarily from India, with an office in Pune for those who prefer in-person collaboration;
• Async by default — long-form written communication, low meeting load, deep work blocks protected;
• Owner's mindset — you own what you ship, end-to-end. No handoffs to "the platform team" or "the QA team" — you write it, you ship it, you support it;
• Open by default, closed when it matters — internal docs are open to all employees; strategy logic and AI prompts are need-to-know only;
• Customer obsession — every engineer takes a rotation on support every quarter. You hear the customer directly, no filters.

Internships

We offer 3-6 month internships for final-year students and recent graduates in: Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, and Design. Interns work on real production features, get paid competitively, and the top performers receive full-time offers. Our hiring process

1. Application review — 7 days, human-reviewed;
2. Intro call — 30 minutes, mutual fit, no technical questions;
3. Take-home exercise — 4-6 hours, real problem, paid at ₹5,000 for your time;
4. Technical deep-dive — 90 minutes, you walk us through your solution;
5. Team fit — 60 minutes, meet 2-3 future colleagues;
6. Offer — within 5 business days of the final round.

No leetcode, no whiteboard, no trick questions. We hire for ownership, taste, and the ability to ship.
