Headquartered in Maharashtra, India, we are a small, senior team of quantitative engineers, market-data specialists, and product designers obsessed with one question: how do we give every trader the same decision-quality edge that institutional trading desks have had for decades — without taking control of their capital?

What we actually build
Our platform combines five layers of intelligence, each owned by a specialised team of AI agents:
- Market Intelligence — regime detection, index breadth, liquidity sweeps, volatility expansion, session timing, and event awareness.
- Option Intelligence — option chain parsing, open-interest shifts, put-call ratio, implied volatility skew, greeks, and expiry-day behaviour.
- Decision Intelligence — probability scoring, confidence bands, risk-reward ratios, capital sizing (half-Kelly), and explicit wait/act logic.
- Execution Intelligence — readiness checks, slippage modelling, spread guards, ATE v3 trailing engine, and disciplined exit management.
- Learning Intelligence — counterfactual analysis ("was the WAIT correct?"), trade review, pattern observation, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Technology
Our platform is delivered as a SaaS service with an MT5 Expert Advisor client for Forex and configurable integrations for 10+ Indian market brokers (Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, Groww, Dhan, ICICI Direct, Kotak, 5Paisa, Alice Blue, Shoonya). The backend runs on FastAPI + SQLAlchemy + PostgreSQL/SQLite, with multi-source market-data ingestion (Yahoo Finance, NSE, BSE, broker feeds), a multi-agent decision engine, and a continuous-learning feedback loop powered by every trade outcome reported back by the EA.
Where we operate
We are based in Maharashtra, India. We serve clients globally with a focus on the Indian and Forex markets. Our data sources cover NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, and major global Forex, commodity, and index instruments. We do not maintain a walk-in service counter — all support is provided remotely via email, in-app contact form, and (for paid plans) Telegram and WhatsApp.
