Refund Policy

Alpha Signal Pro offers subscription access to its AI trading intelligence platform. Because the Platform provides immediate access to proprietary analytical capabilities, AI models, and decision intelligence, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated. This policy explains the limited circumstances under which a refund may be considered.

1. Eligibility for refund

A refund may be considered only when ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The subscription was purchased within the last 7 calendar days;
  • The license key has not been activated on any broker account (zero AI decisions consumed);
  • The user has not violated our Terms & Conditions;
  • The user has not engaged in abuse, fraud, or chargeback fraud;
  • The refund request is submitted from the registered email address.

2. Non-refundable scenarios

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Subscriptions where the license key has been activated on any broker account;
  • Subscriptions older than 7 calendar days;
  • Downgrades or plan changes after activation;
  • Refunds for subscription cancellations (per Refund Policy);
  • Refunds requested after the user has consumed more than 50 AI decisions;
  • Refunds requested due to "I changed my mind" or "I didn't use it" (please use the 14-day free trial first);
  • Refunds requested because of trading losses (we are an educational product — see our Disclaimer).

3. Refund process

  1. Email billing@alphasignalpro.in from your registered email with:
    • Your license key (starts with ASP-);
    • The 12-digit UPI transaction reference (UTR);
    • The payment date and amount;
    • A short reason for the refund request.
  2. Our billing team reviews the request within 48 hours.
  3. If approved, the refund is processed back to the original UPI account within 7-10 business days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

4. Partial refunds

Partial refunds (e.g. prorated refunds for unused time) are not provided. The Platform is sold on a fixed-term basis (monthly or yearly). Cancellation stops renewal — it does not refund the current period. See our Cancellation Policy.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate license suspension. We resolve most billing issues within 48 hours — please contact us first. Frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with the issuing bank and may result in permanent account closure.

6. GST & invoicing

All subscription fees are inclusive of applicable GST. GST invoices are issued automatically upon payment verification and are available for download from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription. If you need a customised invoice (company name, GSTIN, address), email billing@alphasignalpro.in before making the payment.

7. Plan changes & upgrades

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining period. Upgrades are not refundable once the upgraded quota is consumed. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — no refund is issued for the current period.

8. Trial period

The 14-day free trial requires no payment. If you decide not to continue, simply do not subscribe — no cancellation is required. Trial accounts are automatically deactivated after 14 days. Any AI decisions consumed during the trial are not refundable (they were free).
