Product Roadmap

An overview of what we're building. Timelines are indicative — we ship when it's ready, not when a calendar says so. Items in Now are actively in development. Items in Next are scoped and starting within 90 days. Items in Later are on our radar but not yet scoped.

Now (Q3 2026)

• Hero Zero module GA — specialised AI module for index-option expiry-day trading (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY, MIDCPNIFTY). 5-team AI hierarchy, 4 operating modes, 6 auto-maintained watchlists;
• Indian market broker integrations — Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, Groww, Dhan, ICICI Direct, Kotak, 5Paisa, Alice Blue, Shoonya all live. Adding Motilal Oswal and SBI Securities;
• Subscription pricing & UPI verification workflow — automated UTR verification for instant activation (currently manual within 24 hours);
• Admin content management & FAQ — admin-editable content pages, FAQ manager, announcements system;
• Multi-currency display — INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD with live FX rates;
• Referral & Affiliate system — 5-level referral commissions, rank-based bonuses, wallet system with withdrawal workflow;
• KYC system — PAN/Aadhaar/bank-details verification with admin approval workflow;
• Coupon system — percentage and flat-amount coupons, audience restriction (all users or specific user), expiry, max-uses.

Next (Q4 2026 — Q1 2027)

• Mobile app (iOS & Android) — Flutter app with push notifications, biometric login, on-the-go signal monitoring, and broker integration;
• Multi-asset dashboard with auto-switching — one dashboard that adapts to your active market (forex → india → crypto) based on time of day and market session;
• Performance analytics v2 — equity curve, drawdown analysis, Sharpe/Sortino ratios, regime-conditioned win rate, decision-quality scoring;
• Auto-execution for Indian brokers — currently manual; we're adding auto-execution with broker-by-broker approvals and risk caps;
• AI Explainability v2 — every signal will carry a natural-language explanation generated by an LLM, citing the specific agent contributions and historical analogues;
• Strategy marketplace (curated) — third-party strategists can publish signal products on our platform, with quality review and SaaS licensing;
• Enterprise SSO & multi-seat accounts — SAML / OAuth SSO, team management, role-based access, audit logs for enterprise customers;
• Webhooks & public API — paid-plan subscribers can subscribe to webhooks for new signals, position changes, and learning events; full REST API for building custom integrations.

Later (2027+)

• Global market expansion — US (NYSE, NASDAQ), Canada, Europe (Eurex), UK (LSE), Singapore (SGX), Australia (ASX);
• Crypto native support — direct integration with Binance, Coinbase, Kraken for crypto trading (subject to Indian regulatory clarity);
• Options strategy builder — visual builder for multi-leg options strategies (iron condor, calendar spreads, etc.) with AI-assisted selection;
• Backtesting platform — backtest your own strategies on 10+ years of historical data, with regime-conditioned results;
• White-label platform — broker-branded versions of Alpha Signal Pro for institutional customers;
• AI model marketplace — bring-your-own-model for sophisticated users who want to plug their own AI into our execution layer;
• Social trading (with limits) — opt-in sharing of trade history, with mandatory risk-disclosure and position limits to prevent herd behaviour.

What we will NOT build

To keep the Platform focused, the following are explicitly out of scope:

• Autonomous trading without human-in-the-loop — the trader always owns the decision. We will never build a "set and forget" mode that takes the human out of the loop;
• Guaranteed-return products — we will never promise or advertise specific returns. Trading involves risk, full stop;
• Pump-and-dump or manipulation tools — we will not build features that facilitate market manipulation;
• Anonymity — KYC is mandatory for paid plans. We will not build a "no-KYC" tier;
• Custody of customer funds — we will never hold customer funds. Your money stays with your broker.

How we prioritise

Roadmap priorities are set quarterly by the leadership team, based on:

1. Customer impact — how many customers benefit, and how much?
2. Risk reduction — does this make the Platform safer, more compliant, or more reliable?
3. Strategic fit — does this move us toward our vision?
4. Engineering effort — what's the opportunity cost?
