End User License Agreement

Grant of license
Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement and an active subscription, Freendia grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform and to install the Expert Advisor (EA) on MetaTrader 5 terminals bound to your license key.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not: (a) redistribute, resell, or share your license key beyond the account limit defined by your plan; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms, indicators, or strategy logic from the Platform or EA; (c) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Risk disclosure
Trading in Forex, CFDs, stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose all or more of your initial investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Platform produces AI-generated signals and analysis for informational purposes only — every trading decision is made by you, the user, at your own risk.
No investment advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, or trading advice. The Platform is a tool that produces data analysis and signal generation. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freendia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or capital, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or EA.
Subscription & billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) depending on your selected plan. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Data & privacy
We collect and process your personal data (name, email, phone, device fingerprint, IP address) for account management, KYC compliance, and service delivery. Your EULA acceptance — including IP address, device fingerprint, and timestamp — is recorded as proof of consent. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine may harm the Platform or other users.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
