Alpha Signal Pro is built by a small, senior team with deep experience across quantitative trading, distributed systems, AI/ML, financial regulation, and product design. We've shipped trading systems that have processed hundreds of millions of decisions, market-data pipelines that handle terabytes per day, and AI systems that have run in production for years without outage.
Founder & CEO
The founder and CEO sets product vision, leads hiring, and is the final authority on strategic decisions. With over a decade of experience in Indian capital markets and retail trading technology, the CEO has previously built multi-broker trading platforms, regulated payment systems, and AI-driven analytics products. The CEO is the public face of Alpha Signal Pro at industry conferences, regulator engagements, and partner meetings, and is personally accountable for our compliance posture and customer-trust commitments.
Chief Technology Officer
The CTO owns the platform architecture — from the FastAPI backend and PostgreSQL storage layer through the multi-agent AI engine and the MT5 Expert Advisor client. With deep experience in distributed systems, real-time data pipelines, and high-availability SaaS, the CTO has previously scaled trading platforms to millions of daily decisions. The CTO leads our defensive-engineering culture: every component is designed to fail, every failure is designed to be recoverable, and every recovery is designed to be invisible to the customer.
Head of Quant Research
The Head of Quant Research leads the team responsible for the signal-quality side of the Platform — regime detection, multi-timeframe analysis, option-chain analytics, counterfactual analysis, and the continuous-learning feedback loop. The quant team holds itself to a simple bar: every signal we ship must be backtested across multiple regimes, walk-forward validated, and explainable in plain English. The Head of Quant has previously built systematic-strategy desks at Indian prop firms and holds advanced degrees in statistics and financial engineering.
Head of AI / ML
The Head of AI leads our multi-agent decision-engine team. The AI team designs, trains, and operates the five specialised agent teams (Market Intelligence, Option Intelligence, Decision Intelligence, Execution Intelligence, and Learning Intelligence) that together produce every Alpha Signal Pro output. The Head of AI has previously shipped production ML systems at scale — time-series forecasting, reinforcement learning for execution, and LLM-based decision support. The team's philosophy: "probabilistic, not deterministic; explainable, not black-box; learning, not static."
Head of Compliance & Operations
The Head of Compliance owns our regulatory posture, AML program, KYC operations,
data-protection practices, and customer-support SLAs. With a background in Indian
financial regulation (SEBI, RBI, PMLA) and operational risk, the Head of Compliance
ensures that we operate within the law at all times — and that we treat customer data
and funds with the seriousness they deserve. The Head of Compliance is our designated
Grievance Officer under the DPDP Act, 2023, and is reachable at
grievance@alphasignalpro.in.
Head of Product & Design
The Head of Product owns the customer experience — from the landing page through the dashboard, the EA panel, the documentation, and the support interactions. The product team's mandate is to make institutional-grade decision intelligence feel simple, fast, and trustworthy. The Head of Product has previously designed fintech products used by millions of retail traders and is obsessed with one question: "would I trust this enough to use it with my own capital?"
Head of Engineering
The Head of Engineering runs the day-to-day engineering organisation — code reviews, release management, on-call rotations, infrastructure, security, and the technical career ladder. The Head of Engineering is the guardian of our engineering culture: async by default, owners not task-takers, defensive by design, and ship-to-learn. Every engineer at Alpha Signal Pro reports up through the Head of Engineering for technical matters and through their product-team lead for product matters — a classic matrix structure that works because we keep the team small and senior.
Advisors
We are advised by a small group of senior practitioners who have built and scaled trading platforms, regulated fintechs, and AI systems. Our advisors include former SEBI-registered investment advisers, ex-broker-dealer CTOs, and ML researchers with published work in time-series forecasting. Advisors do not have operational authority — they review, they challenge, they suggest, and they open doors. The CEO and CTO meet with the advisor group quarterly.
