Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Alpha Signal Pro subscription at any time. This policy explains how to cancel, what happens after cancellation, and how cancellation interacts with refunds, auto-renewal, and account deletion.

1. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription using any of these methods:

  • Email: Write to billing@alphasignalpro.in from your registered email with the subject "Cancel subscription" and your license key in the body. We process cancellations within 24 hours.
  • In-app contact form: Use our Contact Us page with subject "Cancel subscription" and your license key in the message.
  • WhatsApp / Telegram: Paid-plan subscribers may cancel via the WhatsApp or Telegram handle shared on activation. Verbal cancellations are confirmed by email for your records.

We do not require a reason for cancellation. You can cancel at any time, with no penalty.

2. Effect of cancellation

Once your cancellation is processed:

  • Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period (you paid for it, you use it);
  • After expiry, the EA stops receiving AI decisions — it will not place new trades based on Alpha Signal Pro signals. Existing open positions are your responsibility to manage;
  • Your dashboard becomes read-only — you can view past decisions and trade history but cannot request new decisions;
  • Your referral code continues to work — you can still earn referral commissions on subscribers you referred, even after your own subscription expires.

3. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. You must submit a fresh payment each cycle to extend access. This is intentional — it gives you full control over your spending and prevents "set and forget" subscription creep. We will send you an email reminder 7 days before expiry and again on the expiry date.

4. Refunds on cancellation

Cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Prorated refunds are not provided for partial billing periods — the Platform is sold on a fixed-term basis. If you cancel within the first 7 days AND have not activated your license key, you may be eligible for a full refund — see Refund Policy Section 1.

5. Account data after cancellation

After cancellation and license expiry:

  • Your account data is retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax and regulatory requirements (PMLA, Income Tax Act);
  • KYC data is retained for 5 years post-closure;
  • You may request earlier deletion of non-mandatory data (whatsapp number, contact form submissions) by writing to privacy@alphasignalpro.in;
  • Your email and license key are permanently reserved — they cannot be reused by another account, even after deletion.

6. Re-activation

If you change your mind, you can re-activate your account at any time by signing up for a new subscription. Your historical trade data, decision history, and learning loop are preserved for 1 year after expiry — re-subscribing within that window gives you back your full history. After 1 year, the historical data is archived and a fresh learning loop starts on re-subscription.

7. Plan changes vs cancellation

Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade) are not cancellations:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately — you pay the prorated difference and the upgraded quota is available right away;
  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — your current plan continues at the current price until expiry;
  • Plan changes are non-refundable — see Refund Policy Section 7.

8. Force-majeure cancellation

We may cancel your subscription without notice if required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or sanctions designation. In such cases, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused period unless the cancellation is due to your breach of our Terms or AML Policy.
