FAQ
Frequently asked,
answered precisely.
Is Alpha Signal Pro a trading bot?
No. Alpha Signal Pro provides AI-generated decision intelligence. Your MT5 EA executes based on that intelligence — but you remain in full control of capital, risk, and the final decision to act.
Do I need a specific broker?
For Forex, any MT5-supporting broker works. For Indian markets, we support Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, Groww, Dhan, ICICI Direct, Kotak, 5Paisa, Alice Blue, and Shoonya — with more being added.
How do I pay?
All payments are via UPI to the ID shown on the pricing page. After paying, upload your screenshot and enter the 12-digit UPI transaction reference (UTR). Admin verifies within 24 hours.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Trial plan gives you 1,000 AI decisions per month at no cost. Upgrade any time.
Can I share my license key?
Each license is bound to a limited number of broker accounts (defined by your plan). Sharing beyond that limit is blocked automatically.
What markets are supported?
Forex, Gold/Commodities, Crypto, and Indian markets (NSE/BSE cash, futures, options). You can choose your preferred market in the dashboard settings.
Do you guarantee profits?
No. Trading involves substantial risk. Alpha Signal Pro is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of returns. See our Risk Disclosure.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS. We never store broker passwords, card numbers, or UPI PINs. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You simply don't renew for the next cycle. See our Cancellation Policy.
Do you offer an enterprise plan?
Yes. For prop firms, brokers, and institutional users, contact us for custom pricing, multi-seat licenses, and dedicated support.
Where do the signals come from?
From one central engine. Admin-controlled data sources (the Admin EA on MT5 or admin broker API connections) feed live market data to the platform. The central AI researches it, strategies analyze it, risk validates it and one master signal is published. Your devices only receive and execute — they never generate signals.
Does the admin ever trade on my account?
No. Administrator connections are data-only by architecture — the server refuses every admin order attempt — real trading on admin connections is disabled. Only your own client connection can execute, on your own broker account.
Why did my platform show a signal but my broker did not trade?
Because a validation gate failed at your broker — and the platform shows you exactly which one: spread above the policy, price outside the execution zone, market closed, margin, symbol not mapped, and so on. Every rejection states WHAT, WHY and WHEN.
Can two clients get different outcomes on the same signal?
Yes — that is by design. Each client's broker has its own prices, spreads and symbol names, so each delivery is validated independently. One client's rejection never cancels the signal for anyone else.
What is paper trading for?
Every master signal is benchmarked on the central paper engine before and after publication, producing a transparent performance record of the strategy itself — separate from any client's real execution.
Which brokers are supported?
Any MT5 broker through the Client EA, plus API integrations for a growing list of brokers (Zerodha, Alpaca, Tradier, Questrade, IG, Saxo, Angel One, Upstox, Dhan, Shoonya and more). The admin console shows each integration's honest capability status.
