This Privacy Policy explains what personal and technical data Alpha Signal Pro collects when you use the platform, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have. It applies to all users, both in India and internationally.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), referral code and account preferences such as active market.
- Subscription & payment references: plan selections, submitted UTR numbers or USDT transaction hashes, payment amount/currency, uploaded payment proof images and verification status. We do not collect or store card numbers; UPI and crypto transfers are verified from the references you submit.
- Broker & terminal connections: the MT5 account numbers and broker API credentials you choose to bind. Broker API credentials are encrypted at rest, decrypted only server-side when required for execution, and are never returned by any API or displayed in the interface.
- Service data: signals received, execution settings, paper and live orders, fills, positions and performance records — needed to operate the Service you subscribed to.
- Technical data: session cookies required for login, IP address and request logs used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.
2. How we use your data
- To operate your account, enforce plan entitlements and provide signals and execution.
- To verify payments and manage subscriptions, referrals, wallet and withdrawals.
- To route orders to the broker or MT5 endpoint you configured — and nothing else.
- To secure the platform, investigate incidents and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To send service messages (verification results, security notices, subscription alerts) — never to sell your data.
3. Who we share data with
We share only the minimum necessary data: with your broker (Dhan, Groww) the order data required to execute your instructions; with infrastructure providers that host the platform; with payment verification processes internal to the platform; and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share your broker credentials with anyone — including support staff.
4. Security
We apply defence in depth: TLS in transit, encryption at rest for secrets, hashed passwords, session expiry, server-side authorization on every request, audit journaling of critical actions, and least-privilege access for operations. No system is perfectly secure; we design so that a single failure does not expose your data and we log enough to investigate quickly.
5. Retention
Account, order and audit records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs. Payment references are retained as required for financial record-keeping. You can request deletion of your account and personal data through the Contact page; records we must keep by law will be minimised and retained only as required.
6. Your rights
- Access and correction: request a copy of your personal data or fix inaccuracies.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account data (subject to legal retention duties).
- Objection and restriction: object to specific processing where applicable law grants it.
- Complaint: Indian users may approach applicable authorities under the (Indian) Digital Personal Data Protection Act; international users may have equivalent rights under their local laws (for example GDPR where applicable).
7. Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie strictly for authentication. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. International users
The platform is operated from data infrastructure that may be located outside your country. Where your data crosses borders, we rely on the measures described in this policy to protect it. By using the Service you consent to this transfer as needed to provide the Service.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The “last updated” date on this page reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the platform.
