Compliance Disclaimer

Regulatory positioning for Indian and international clients — not investment advice, FEMA/RBI and SEBI considerations, your responsibility.

This Compliance Disclaimer explains the regulatory position of Alpha Signal Pro and the responsibilities that remain with you as a trader. It applies to Indian and international clients and supplements — it does not replace — the Terms & Conditions and Risk Disclosure.

1. Not investment advice

Alpha Signal Pro is a technology platform, not a financial-services intermediary. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, not a broker, not a fund manager and not a currency dealer. We do not provide personalized investment advice, manage client funds, or make trading decisions for users. Signals produced by the platform are informational outputs of automated strategies; any decision to act on them — and every configuration of quantity, instrument and risk — is yours alone.

2. Indian clients — SEBI

  • Trading in Indian securities and derivatives (equity, futures, options) is regulated by SEBI and the exchanges (NSE, BSE). You must trade through a SEBI-registered broker of your choice — the platform's supported integrations (Dhan, Groww) are such brokers, but the brokerage relationship is yours, not ours.
  • Nothing on the platform is a research report or a buy/sell recommendation within the meaning of SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations or SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations.
  • Derivatives trading involves leverage and can expose you to losses exceeding your expectations. Exchange rules on margins, position limits and circuit limits apply to your orders.

3. Indian clients — RBI / FEMA (Forex)

  • Foreign-exchange trading by resident Indians is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India under FEMA. Remitting funds abroad for forex trading on overseas platforms is generally restricted, and retail forex trading is permitted only in exchange-traded currency derivatives involving INR pairs, through entities authorised by RBI.
  • The platform's Forex features operate on MT5 and require you to hold a forex trading account with a broker of your choosing. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your forex activity is lawful for your residency status and that your broker arrangement complies with RBI/FEMA requirements. If you are a resident Indian, obtain independent professional advice before using forex features.

4. International clients

  • Automated signal distribution and order-routing tooling are regulated differently in every jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the platform is lawful where you live — including local retail-forex rules (for example CFTC/NFA requirements in the United States, which heavily restrict retail forex access to regulated dealers), leverage restrictions (for example ESMA rules in the EU), and any licensing or tax obligations.
  • The Service being technically accessible in your country does not mean it is legally authorised there. We do not target solicitation to jurisdictions where such targeting would be unlawful, and we may restrict access where required.
  • You confirm you are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that funds used for subscriptions are lawful.

5. Automated execution risks and accountability

Automated order routing depends on signals, brokers, APIs, networks and infrastructure that can fail or be delayed. The platform fails closed when something required is unavailable, but failure-closed design does not eliminate market risk or guarantee outcomes. You remain responsible for monitoring your accounts, reviewing your configurations, and complying with your broker's terms at all times.

6. No guarantees; referrals are not returns

No statement on this platform guarantees profit, income or returns. Referral commissions, loyalty benefits and pool rewards are platform benefits computed from actual approved payments and admin configuration — they are marketing incentives, not investment returns, and participation in them does not create any investment contract.

7. Taxation and records

You are responsible for the tax treatment of your trading activity and subscription payments in your jurisdiction, and for maintaining your own records. We may provide factual payment records on request but do not provide tax advice.

8. Updates

This disclaimer is reviewed as regulations evolve. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions about compliance: see the Contact page.
