Your Client EA authenticates against bound accounts. Max 3 active bindings. This form binds your newest active license — to choose a specific license, use the License Manager.

Encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used ONLY to log your hosted MT5 instance into this broker account. Never shown again, never shared.

When you bind an account (with the password) the platform starts a hosted MT5 terminal, logs it into your broker account and attaches the Client EA automatically. TRIAL licenses execute in PAPER simulation.

Run the Client EA on Your Own PC / Laptop
Prefer your own MT5? Download the Client EA below, install it in your local MetaTrader 5 and follow the setup steps — it connects to this platform exactly like the hosted terminal (TRIAL licenses paper-trade, PAID licenses execute live per your trade settings).

Step 1 — Download the Client EA

Save AlphaSignalClientEA.ex5 into your MT5 MQL5\Experts\ folder (MT5 → File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts), then restart MT5.

Step 2 — Allow algorithmic trading + whitelist these URLs

  1. In MT5: Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → tick Allow algorithmic trading (also enable the Algo Trading button on the toolbar so it is green).
  2. In the same dialog, tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add BOTH addresses below (exact spelling, one per row):

Missing whitelist entries are the #1 cause of a silent EA (WebRequest err=4014 in the Experts log).

Step 3 — Generate your personal API token

The token authenticates YOUR local MT5 against this platform. Shown only once — copy it immediately. Regenerating revokes the previous local token (hosted terminals are not affected).

Step 4 — Attach the EA to any chart and fill the inputs

  1. Bind the broker account your PC MT5 logs into — on this page (License Manager), bind the exact login + server name your local MT5 shows (password optional). The EA is authorized ONLY for bound accounts.
  2. In MT5 Navigator → Expert Advisors → AlphaSignalClientEA — drag it onto ANY chart (any symbol/timeframe; it polls the platform, not the chart).
  3. In the dialog: Common tab → tick Allow Algo Trading; Inputs tab → set the values below → OK.
  4. A smiley face on the chart means it is running — check the Experts tab for AUTHORIZED.

InpLicenseKey is optional (your token already identifies you) but recommended. Leave every other input at its default.

If something does not work

  • WebRequest err=4014 in the Experts log → the whitelist in Step 2 is missing/wrong (both URLs, exact spelling, then re-attach the EA).
  • MT5 account not bound / not authorized → bind the exact login + server name of your local MT5 account on this page first (the server name must match character-for-character, e.g. Tickmill-Demo).
  • INIT_FAILED / configuration error → token or license wrong; generate a fresh token in Step 3 and re-check the inputs.
  • Connected but no signals → markets may be closed, or your license expired; also check that your Trade Settings allow the symbol/market of the signal.
  • Firewall / antivirus may block terminal64.exe outbound HTTPS — allow it.
